  • Preparing and ensuring timely intimation to the Insurer and coordinate with appointed Surveyors & Loss assessors
  • Providing guidance and coordinating for the submission of claim related documents.
  • Review the loss assessment to ensure the deserving claim amount is allowed.
  • Co-ordinating with Surveyor/loss assessors/Insurers for timely claim settlement.
