What we do
Risk Management Services
We coordinate with Surveyors/Valuers to conduct risk inspections that help identify the risk exposures, analyse, quantify and classify for Insurance, risk reduction and improvement. We also facilitate Risk Audits through Industry Subject Matter Experts for detailed risk audit and suggesting best practices in risk management.
As a standard process, we review and identify gaps in insurance coverage and suggest optimisation for our new customers. Wherever required and requested, we coordinate for Insurers’ risk inspection to ensure objectivity to coverage terms.
Pre-Underwriting Services
The following are our SOP for ensuring all the required covers for our customers:
Verify and Workout the RIV/LOIs/Sum Insured for proper indemnification.
Optimize the covers to exactly represent the insurable risks
Develop package covers to derive cost optimization.
Negotiate with Insurers/UW with objectivity and present comparison of competitive price, terms & conditions from various insurers.

Claim Coordination Services
As part of Customer Mandate, we are bound to support and guide our customers until settlement of claims for all insurance policies placed through us.
Understand the nature of claim and advise client on immediate and mandatory actions
Preparing and ensuring timely intimation to the Insurer and coordinate with appointed Surveyors & Loss assessors
Providing guidance and coordinating for the submission of claim related documents.
Review the loss assessment to ensure the deserving claim amount is allowed.
Co-ordinating with Surveyor/loss assessors/Insurers for timely claim settlement.
